The Keg Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests. Additionally, you will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will also maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental, health care, and vision care benefits.
