About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Garuda Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for our customers.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.

Skills

Proven track record of menu planning, chef management, food safety, and inventory management.

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
