Drive Compliant Engagement

We are seeking a skilled Engagement Specialist to join our team at 837 GlaxoSmithKline Inc. in Mississauga. As a key member of our central strategic capability team, you will be responsible for driving smooth, seamless, and compliant engagement of Health Care Providers, External Experts, and Health Care Organizations across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance existing processes to support business continuity, ensuring systems and processes remain fit for purpose in a changing environment.
  • Support specific core HCP/EE and HCO Engagement processes for GSK Pharmaceuticals and ViiV Healthcare.
  • Deliver operational support services to support therapy-aligned Health Care Organization, Health Care Provider, and External Expert engagements for local and cross-border sponsored activity.
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Health Care Provider/External Expert travel is booked compliantly in line with GSK policy.
  • Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards.
  • Assist in the delivery of quality frameworks and support QA audits.
  • Support a culture of continuous process improvements through regular end-to-end process reviews.
  • Provide input into the design of training programs and materials to support staff training needs.
  • Ensure payments to HCOs are made on time in accordance with GSK payment processes.
  • Adhere to quality monitoring frameworks to assure senior management of delivery in accordance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Pharma industry experience.
  • Knowledge of R&D clinical development and/or medical affairs.
  • Technical support specialists experience.
  • Project coordination/management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, with experience working in a matrixed global team.
  • Studies in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar careers.
  • 1+ years of experience in projects coordination or administrative roles.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
