Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic and operational financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner, establishing effective financial processes and providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations through in-depth discussions and analyses, ensuring alignment with financial needs.
- Drive business improvement initiatives, managing a portfolio of enhancements in processes, systems, and reporting.
- Conduct financial modeling activities and develop performance measures that inform operational and strategic metrics.
- Foster a collaborative environment, providing proactive analysis and guidance to clients while leveraging available systems and tools.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Finance, assisting clients in navigating financial requirements and establishing robust processes.
- Collaborate on the development and monitoring of performance indicators to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver insightful analyses and recommendations to senior management, optimizing client performance through a deep understanding of key expense indicators and benchmarks.
- Provide expert advice on business initiatives, financial planning, and risk management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or commerce.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in finance-related roles, including FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, and Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, CPA, or CFA designation.
