Qualifications:
- CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience in capital raising for real estate ventures.
- Valuable experience in managing investor relations.
- 5-8 years of experience in the real estate or development sector.
- Proven track record as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- High standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Strong accountability and respect for deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of real estate risks and market dynamics.
- Experience in project cost control best practices.
- Skilled in structuring deals and equity arrangements.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
- Proficient in software applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $350,000, commensurate with experience.
- Annual performance-based bonus.
- Comprehensive health and benefits package.
- RRSP with company profit-sharing plan.
- Potential for progression to CFO role.
