Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shiv Brar Personal Real Estate Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
