Key Responsibilities

  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest safety and security.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Special Requests: Assist guests with special needs and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
