Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the guest experience from arrival to departure, including table settings, menu management, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
