Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Food service establishment
- Restaurant setting
- Develop and implement strategies to meet operational schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Recruit and hire food service personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Compile food order summaries for the culinary team
- Oversee the assembly of meal trays
- Manage the delivery of food services
- Establish and maintain work schedules for staff
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
