Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work under the guidelines of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and comply with all applicable laws and policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Develop and maintain knife handling skills and safe food handling practices.
- 2 years of culinary training or experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Volume line cooking experience is an asset.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift 25kg and work in a fast-paced, hot environment.
