Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Program Management Leader with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. This role is crucial in addressing the opportunities and challenges that arise from our expanding business landscape. The successful candidate will oversee various strategic initiatives and technology projects while fostering strong relationships between business leaders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee project intake processes. Plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement both technical and non-technical business programs to align with organizational objectives.
  2. Establish and refine project and program management best practices, processes, and policies to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
  3. Lead transformational projects, including system upgrades and market expansion initiatives.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project execution.
  5. Ensure the efficiency of project management processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  6. Support team members and external resources to guarantee project delivery within defined scope, quality, and timelines.
  7. Facilitate communication between IT and business units, capturing requirements and managing project visibility.
  8. Identify project team members and clarify their roles and responsibilities.
  9. Standardize organizational processes to enhance efficiency in project intake.
  10. Monitor project performance to assess the achievement of short and long-term goals.
  11. Prepare and present progress reports and business cases to stakeholders at all levels.
  12. Contribute to the development of the IT roadmap and investment strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience.
  3. A degree from a recognized institution in a quantitative field is preferred.
  4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project.
  6. Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira is beneficial.
  7. In-depth knowledge of project management standards and procedures.
  8. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
  11. Experience in managing IT projects within outsourced environments is preferred.
