A distinguished firm in the construction and real estate sector is in search of a Contract Administrator to enhance their operations. The successful applicant will possess a background in development, construction, or consultancy within an administrative role. This position entails providing essential support to the construction and development divisions, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, and facilitating contract management.
- Oversee administrative tasks and assist the Vice President of Construction
- Provide support to both development and construction teams
- Maintain an organized filing system and accurate documentation
- Assist in contract management and project coordination efforts
- Process vendor invoices while ensuring precision
- Generate and disseminate project-related documents
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Effective problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
