About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the restaurant is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
