Cleaning Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Okanagan Spotless Cleaning Services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Manage Finances: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and manage finances to ensure that the team is operating within budget.
- Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate work activities with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to work on the road, visiting various sites and facilities to inspect and manage cleaning operations.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
