About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Cleaning Angels Janitorial Services Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who are equipped to provide top-notch service to our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects, ensuring that we stay within our financial constraints.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions related to cleaning projects.
  • Receive Payments: Collect payments from clients for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence to travel to client sites.
  • Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, and Reliability: Demonstrate strong dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability in your work.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience: Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • On-the-Road Job: Be comfortable working on the road and traveling to client sites.
