About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Cleaning Angels Janitorial Services Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our clients and ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean and safe, and that our staff are adhering to our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning operations, including estimating costs and preparing financial reports.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are coordinated and efficient.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage cleaning schedules to ensure that our clients' facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Travel: Arrange for transportation and travel for our cleaning staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
  • Dependability: A high level of dependability and reliability is required for this role.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
  • Initiative: A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills is required for this role.
  • Judgement: Good judgement and decision-making skills are essential for this role.
