Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hilltop Family Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Hilltop Family Store, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of 1 to 2 people, with the potential to supervise 3-4 people in the future.
