Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandising: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
