About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual accounting software trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including accounting and data entry.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on the use of our software, both virtually and in-person.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software.
  • Travel to customer sites in Canada, the US, and the Caribbean to provide on-site training and support.
  • Work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation of our software.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases and features, and provide feedback to our development team.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US up to 2 weeks per month.
