Job Title: DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

About the Role:

As a DTO Bilingual Trainer - Accounting, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing training and support to customers on our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone
  • Leading onsite training sessions at customer locations
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our DMS software
  • Staying up-to-date with new features and updates to our software
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
