Inquire during your interview ResponsibilitiesThis role involves operating shunting tractors/trailers and fulfilling orders, constructing transport, conventional, and bulk loads, while safely and efficiently operating a forklift/walkie rider. You will also manage workflow for pickers using Pick Director, complete necessary documentation, load and unload trucks, maintain cleanliness, and perform additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in reading and writing English Basic computer literacy Fundamental mathematical skills (responsible for accurate load information) Willingness to work various shifts (days/evenings/afternoons/weekends) Valid Class 1 license Capability to operate Class 1 vehicles as required by the job Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments Results-driven individual capable of loading products to enhance efficiency, adhere to safety standards, and optimize space A team-oriented individual who demonstrates initiative, dependability, and adaptabilityMajor Physical Demands:
Regularly lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs Occasionally pushing/pulling/lifting up to 100 lbs (with mechanical assistance) Frequent bending and reaching overheadAdditional skills you may possess (not mandatory, but beneficial)
Experience with walkie riders or forklifts Previous experience in a warehouse settingAbout Us
