About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our Distribution Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products for truck, flatbed, or container
  • Move products within the warehouse using a forklift or overhead crane
  • Prepare metal A-frame return shipments
  • Repair/rebuild wooden A-frames for LTL shipments
  • Move waste from containers to dumpsters
  • Report issues for quality control purposes by reviewing all incoming and outgoing products for damages
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
  • Clean and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met
Requirements
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • 2+ years of experience with warehouse equipment (crane, overhead crane, forklift, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous industry experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
