At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we're seeking a skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at the Altona Auto Spa. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the auto spa operates efficiently and effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Perform routine maintenance on all pumps, hoses, and equipment to ensure the auto spa stays in good working condition
  • Supervise a small team of car wash attendants, including scheduling and assignment of duties
  • Work with suppliers to ensure required soaps and car wash products are in stock
  • Perform interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties
  • Be available to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends, including a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proven track record of maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Previous experience in a mechanical environment and a strong understanding of car wash operations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
