Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor hours.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
