COMPENSATION SUMMARY

  • Compensation ranges from $30 to $75+ per hour or $60,000 to $150,000+ annually on an independent contractor basis, contingent on TSR expertise and client needs;
  • Opportunities to transition into part-time or full-time service calls, projects, contracts, or placements;
  • Potential for future compensation growth by providing advanced IT services;
  • Travel reimbursement of $0.70 per km for on-site field services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

IT Specialists is seeking dependable and motivated Technical Support Representatives ("TSRs") across Canada to deliver remote and/or on-site IT services in various domains, including:

  • Artificial Intelligence;
  • Cloud Computing;
  • Information Security;
  • Networking;
  • Data Management;
  • Computers & Laptops;
  • Software Engineering;
  • Audio/Visual Technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Select your preferred services and client opportunities;
  • Deliver remote and/or on-site assistance to clients;
  • Conduct troubleshooting and implement solutions efficiently;
  • Maintain comprehensive records in the Company's ticketing system;
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in at least ONE of the specified areas;
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience;
  • Exceptional customer service abilities;
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
