Senior Culinary Leader

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Amma's Kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff and inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including sous chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Language: English.
As an Executive Chef at Amma's Kitchen, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
