Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and formatting various legal documents pertinent to commercial law;
  • Offering administrative assistance to attorneys;
  • Monitoring critical files and deadlines;
  • Editing and proofreading texts, contracts, and other communications;
  • Transcribing audio notes;
  • Coordinating and organizing schedules;
  • Managing correspondence;
  • Handling client inquiries and relaying messages.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess a degree in legal secretarial studies or a related field;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in commercial or real estate law;
  • Are bilingual;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
