Shift Manager

At Daybreak, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Task Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
