Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
