About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Daybreak. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to deliver excellent service.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
