Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive output environment for assigned clients
  • Support sales teams in formulating and implementing strategic account initiatives
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders
  • Recognize and pursue revenue opportunities for additional services
  • Coordinate resources to align with client objectives
  • Exhibit knowledge of print fleet management and client needs
  • Adhere to company values and operational policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in English and/or French
  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams
  • Previous experience in sales is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Background in business operations within the IT sector
  • Extensive experience in customer interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as necessary
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
