Nail Salon Team Leader

As a Nail Salon Supervisor at Leah's Nail Lounge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our salon. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning smoothly.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit various reports on progress and performance.
- Resource Management: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain salon operations.
- Problem Solving: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Staff Supervision: Coordinate and schedule the activities of salon staff, ensuring effective workflow.
- Training: Educate staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures for the team.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages as needed.
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the beauty or wellness industry.
