At KPMG Canada, we're seeking a talented Workday Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Workday practice, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities, in collaboration with KPMG resources from other service lines and industries.
  • Plan and manage engagements under the leadership of the Partner, building relationships with clients and their teams, and leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes.
  • Work with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance, and integrate service offerings across the service line.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Workday implementation and upgrade experience, with a strong client services orientation and a proven track record of executing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Workday HCM advisory engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Experience leading and supporting business development activities, including deal qualification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with client stakeholders and leadership.
  • Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.
  • Workday HCM certification is a definite asset.
