Job Summary

New Value Solutions, a leading national IT consulting company, is seeking a Part-Time Workday Security, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Reporting Consultant to collaborate with our client in designing customer reports, configuring, maintaining, and advising on security within the Workday application. This role involves developing and managing EIBs to support data integration and automation processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Workday security configuration, management, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), proficiency in developing and managing EIB integrations, and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Security Configuration and Management: Review, document, and audit security groups within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.
  • Best Practice Recommendations: Provide recommendations for best practice security setup for the organization.
  • EIB Development and Management: Develop and manage required EIBs to support data integration and automation of processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions (reports and EIBs).
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday security, EIBs, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Workday Contractor/Consultant.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, management, and best practices.
  • EIB Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and proficiency in developing and managing EIB integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday Experience: Experience with Workday HCM and other Workday modules.
  • Contractor Experience: Previous experience working in a similar contractor role.
  • Workday Certification: Workday certification is a plus.

Competitive hourly rate: $45-$60 per hour, based on consultant experience and fit for the role.
