About the Role

As a Software Development Engineer on Workday's IDX Predictive Experience team, you will:

  • Design and implement robust, efficient, and testable software solutions using best-of-breed languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Innovate on new features that can reach millions of users, leveraging your expertise in modern web development frameworks, including React.
  • Deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and in-depth code reviews, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Work collaboratively with an Agile Scrum team to deliver shared commitments, prioritizing the team's collective success.
  • Be an excellent teammate, placing the team's collective success as the highest priority, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with modern web development frameworks, including React.
  • 4+ years of experience writing TypeScript or modern JavaScript (ES6).
  • 4+ years of experience working with GraphQL, NodeJS, Express.
  • 4+ years of experience building enterprise-level software with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Docker and build technologies such as Webpack, Babel, and Jenkins.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $124,000 USD - $186,000 USD

Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $100,400 - $150,600 CAD
