Overview

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for leading business development activities, planning and managing engagements, and building relationships with clients and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities, in collaboration with KPMG resources from other service lines and industries.
  • Plan and manage engagements under the leadership of the Partner, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with clients and their teams, providing exceptional client service and generating value.
  • Work with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance, and integrate service offerings across the service line.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Workday implementation and upgrade experience, with a strong client services orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Workday HCM advisory engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Experience leading and supporting business development activities, including deal qualification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with client stakeholders and leadership.
  • Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.
  • Workday HCM certification is a definite asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
