Job Summary

The Transportation Training and Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of training professionals and overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for CN's transportation operations. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of CN's transportation operations
  • Lead a team of training professionals to deliver training programs and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French)
