Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Kirpal Transportation Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless transportation operations.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation fleet.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, reviewing their performance and providing feedback to improve their skills.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and accuracy are key personal qualities required for this position.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
