Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
