Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

Majha Wala Transportation Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units and departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure with attention to detail
