Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Majha Wala Transportation Inc.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and supply chain management
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, including operational metrics and performance data
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive and organized, with a focus on continuous improvement
