About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lime Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Mend clothing and linens, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and make beds and change sheets.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various locations.
