Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time Research Coordinator to support a 5-year research study in youth and adolescents with mental health multimorbidity.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment, characterization, and retention of participants during this longitudinal research study.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling participant interviews, administering structured diagnostic interviews and clinical scales, and maintaining participant records.
- Prepare data for progress reports, research grant applications, presentations, and peer-reviewed research papers.
- Support the scheduling of research study visits and facilitate the training of other staff and research trainees on all study procedures.
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Two years of experience with research studies targeted towards youth, young adults, and/or families experiencing mental health challenges.
- Extensive experience providing research administrative support, problem-solving, and coordinating quantitative data collection.
- Previous experience in recruiting, screening, and completing the informed consent process with research participants.
- Proficiency with word processing, PowerPoint, and database software packages.
- Experience coordinating large-scale or multi-site studies.
- Experience working on longitudinal complex studies.
- Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language.
Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
