About the RoleWe are seeking an IT Residential CRM Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. This role will be responsible for supporting residential initiatives in lead generation, profile, and subscription efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with a cross-functional team to operationalize a new lead generation capability for the residential business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with residential team/developers to implement database enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to support lead generation and guest profile building initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and operation stakeholders across the organization to understand their residential targeting/recognition needs and build out capabilities/processes to deliver.
- Define key metrics to track, monitor, and manage the health of the residential marketable database.
- Manage business rules for residential marketing subscriptions.
- Ensure privacy and security compliance on the marketing database (GDPR, CASL, etc.).
- Support residential team/developers on best practices for database management and CRM system utilization.
- Support the efforts of the custom-developed HomeOwner recognition & Property Management solution for residences.
- Advanced proficiency in problem identification, root cause analysis, and trend identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at producing clear and concise documentation, policies, and effectively communicating in meetings.
- Strong capacity to foster and maintain robust relationships within a team-oriented environment.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in utilizing MS Excel, leveraging its powerful features for data analysis and manipulation.
- Proactive willingness to embrace new tools and techniques, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Essential experience in Salesforce, possessing a thorough understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
