About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Executives in the administration of their commercial book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Executive in the administration of their commercial book of business, including assisting in meeting and exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Develop and present innovative coverage solutions to support our clients' needs.
- Provide quality customer service to clients and promote the cross-selling of Western Financial Group products.
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry training and other courses.
- Mentor commercial insurance advisor peers and encourage professional growth and development.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about helping people and driven to succeed. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience supporting sales targets as an individual and as a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.A RIBO Insurance License.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Working experience in EPIC is an asset.What We Offer
