Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at 1727540 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 team members to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure that all hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage the hotel's inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Process and manage employee payroll and benefits.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
