Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and teams
  • Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure standards are met
  • Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Manage maintenance and repair services
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms

Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 15 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Certified Hospitality Housekeeping Executive
  • First Aid and CPR certifications

Transportation Requirements

Must have own transportation and vehicle.
