Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Track Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our racing circuit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of workers and coordinate projects to ensure the circuit is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
