We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Race Track Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance teams to ensure the efficient operation of the track.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal track conditions.
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in track maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
