Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Track Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our racing circuit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Train and Develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in track maintenance and operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage Resources effectively, including requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and Instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
Work Environment

As a Track Maintenance Superintendent, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the racing circuit.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in track maintenance or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license.
